Upon receipt of funds, it may take Sterling-Silver-Sports-Jewelry .com up to 5 business days to ship your order. During peak season, your order may take longer to ship. Handling charges include packaging material and insurance. Shipping charges are based on item category.

Jewelry items in bulk (30 items per invoice - $3.00 for each additional item) Gift items (3 per invoice - $5.00 for each additional item). You will pay an initial shipping fee based on the highest rate of the 3 items. Gift items cannot be combined with jewelry merchandise.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

Packages that are refused by the customer will automatically be assessed a 25% restocking fee. International orders that are refused by the

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT:

To track your shipment use the Tracking Number provided. (The Tracking Number will become available once your order is shipped.) Your Tracking Number will be emailed, and you will be able to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking information to be emailed.

FedEx Overnight normally takes 1 business day in transit, and 1-2 days for processing.

If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim with Sterling-Silver-Sports-Jewelry.com within 48 HOURS from the scheduled delivery date of your package. Sterling-Silver-Sports-Jewelry.com will not be held liable under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages; packages containing missing items; or vandalized packages; if the customer does not contact Sterling-Silver-Sports-Jewelry.com within 48 HOURS from the scheduled delivery date of your package.
